Shigatsu Virus is the story of a world that has been destroyed by a mysterious virus that turns people into monsters.

Some infected people have learn to control the virus to use it against the monsters, and they fight to protect the world, under the protection of the Ouroboros Corporation.

The game is about infiltrating in an abandoned laboratory and search for clues to understand the existence of the virus, while fighting infected people inside.
